EDF ordered to shut down five more of their nuclear reactors in France

EDF are in the news today because the French nuclear regulator has ordered them to shut down five more of their nuclear reactors in France. This brings to twelve the total of EDF’s nuclear assets which are now being examined to see if they can generate electricity without blowing up.
